Sunshine Villa Guest App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Sunshine Villa guest app handles information for guests of Sunshine Villa in Cape Coral, Florida.
Information we collect
The app collects the guest's name, phone number, email address, and stay dates. We use this information only to give guests access to the app during their stay.
Villa devices
The app reads and controls the villa's devices, including YoLink sensors, Kasa devices, Sense energy monitoring, Kwikset locks (read-only), and the Google Nest thermostat. It does this only to show and control those devices for the host and for current guests.
Google user data
Google user data from Google Nest is used only to display and adjust the villa thermostat. It is not sold, shared, transferred to others, or used for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
Retention and deletion
Guest data is deleted after the stay, or sooner on request. To request deletion, email toltongraeme@gmail.com.
