This is not a community pool. The private pool is set at 85°F. The hot tub is in the same screened lanai. The house is in inland northeast Cape Coral near Diplomat Pkwy and Del Prado Blvd: no dock, no gulf access, and no canal frontage. Dogs are welcome in the home and yard, including large breeds — not in the pool.
The home sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms): king in the master, queen in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, pullout couch in the living room. Registration RR-002030-2026. 7-day minimum under city short-term rental rules.
