Sunshine Villa does not advertise weekend hops. Cape Coral residential short-term rental rules require a 7-night minimum, and this house follows that.
Week-long stays, including shoulder season
The home sleeps 8. Guests often look at a full week in winter or the quieter shoulder around November into early December. This page does not invent nightly rates or leftover nights. Open dates come from the on-site calendar, which merges busy nights from Airbnb and VRBO.
Check-in after 4:00 PM. Checkout before 10:00 AM. Minimum renter age 25. Inland northeast Cape Coral near Diplomat and Del Prado — no dock or gulf access. Registration RR-002030-2026.
